Bojangles

Bojangles in Elgin has just been added to my Don't waste your time and money list of restaurants. Non existent customer service skills. Pretty much prepare yourself to check your entire order to make sure correct, you'll have to ask for sauces , napkins , and utensils to eat your food with instead of them asking you would you need them.... If anyone from Bojangles is reading this.... I would personally come out for free and teach your workers the proper way to serve customers. ... The Very Long wait time didn't bother me because it seems like no one wants to work in fast food and it's long waits everywhere.

THIS STORE IS TERRIBLE. Went through the drive-through for a kids meal for the baby and two large drinks. My girlfriend just dealt with food poisoning and only wanted a tea. There was a whole plastic bag stuffed down into her tea!!! We both work in restaurants and there is NO excuse for something like this. Not only that but when she went inside and wanted a refund the cashier got an attitude with her saying "Well I just made you a fresh one" and the manager had to stop her and say that she had just told her she didn't want a tea she wanted a refund. We will never be coming back to a place who let's incompetent people stuff trash into people's drinks. Worst experience possible

They consistently get orders wrong, even after reading them back correctly. At least two separate workers get short when I ask for bacon to be cooked longer, saying "oh its crispy" despite getting it raw in past visits. I work fast food myself and my store isn't without its issues but damn, this store wack

Extremely long wait times, even when only a handful of cars are in the drive through. I got the wrong drink after repeating myself when I ordered and got a 3pc when i paid for a 4pc. Even at the window to pay for the meal, you're gonna wait at least 8mins or more. They seem to have plenty of people in the restaurant to run it but not sure why they can't get it together.

Drive thru placed order for 2 kids meals and 2 chicken sandwich meals. Got to window to pay and $ was not enough for what was ordered. Finally was able to get the lady to understand we were not being charged for the kids meals and wanted them but it took about 10 minutes. All it would have taken is her to repeat the order prior to getting to the window to pay.

I came through the drive through at lunch, on the 19th. I ordered a 3 piece white, with cajun pintos, and coleslaw. I paid $11.75 for a very small, dry breast and 2 small wings, my pintos had been scraped from the bottom of a dry pan, had no bean juice, and were dry as hades, and a half a container of slaw. I realize prices are up, but this type of order filling is completely unacceptable. The food was unappealing, and seriously lacking Bojangles usual quality.

There aren't that many fast food options in Elgin, but this place has gone down hill fast. The service is slow, the workers have no urgency about getting the libe down. Then they are always out of something, no bo-berry biscuits, no fries. It's truly a shame , but I'd rather drive into Columbia than go 5 minutes up the road.
