Hardee's

I will start by saying I don't normally do reviews and especially bad ones but think it is time. So I wanted to order a big chicken and when I didn't see it on the menu I asked and was told "yeah its a number 11" in a condisending tone like I should already know. To top it off I get home with the meal and took 1 look at the chicken sandwich and was appalled. The chicken portion was basically 1/2 of what a big chicken used to be and then half of that was just breading. Terrible value for a $10 meal. We are pretty limited for restaurants in Eldridge but check another one off the list of (not to go to anymore)

Live on the area and rarely go here, but when I do there's a 75% chance that the food is room temperature. Burgers and breakfast sandwiches with cheese that can't melt, fries and potato rounds that are half cooked cold and soggy. I'm surprised there isn't more cases of food poisoning coming out of this place. Worse place in town and has been for years.

Probably the last time we will ever go to this Hardee's again. Worst experience ever. Everytime I come here the service is always super slow, and the customer service is trash. The gal who took my order acted like I was the biggest inconvience of her life when I was ordering. Then when she handed me my food, there was no "Thank you" "have a nice day". I thought she could use some cheering up, so I even said it. She just said "yup" in response. Typical of this location. I would really appreciate for a refund of my mone. I want no calls from management or anything, or her. That would make me extremely uncomfortable. You have my email for even you contact me. I have been quiet too long about this, which is why the customer service here never changed.
