Mcdonald's

Worst MCDONALDS ever , need an upgrade quickly. Customers service at a 0 out of 10. The food is always a hit or miss. Today was definitely a miss I got some super dry over cooked nuggets (they shrunk). I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt but today I’ve just had enough. please help @ McDonald’s CEO 🗣

One star for customer service. I was the counter asking for sauce, I called out to the girl that was there 3 times and she ignored me. When she finally did acknowledge me she complained about a coworker not being at the register. I just wanted a dipping sauce, she was just leaning on the counter not doing much.

THE DINING ROOM CLOSES AT 7PM WHICH IS WAY EARLY TO CLOSEMcDonald's don't have the ,2 big Macs for 6 $ now they are 2 for 12 $ I was like WHat .how can a place that does so we'll try to rip off your own customers .we all go because we like McDonald's but come on from 6$ to 12 $ ouch.so I'm not paying 12 $ and you lost my 6$ I would have paid most people can't pay 12$., Stop price gouging and wise you greedy corp.

I asked for hot chocolate and they gave me a warm chocolate, the seasoned employee told me that is the way it comes out of the machine, then i said then it is a warm chocolate, not hot chocolate, could you microwave it and make it hot, the employee who i think was the manager, he said no because we can not take things back, then he started to walk away, and i said wait wait, you can take your warm chocolate and give me a new one then, he said ok. I think he did not care and was walking away and ignore my problem. They gave me another warm chocolate. Why they always blame the machines? The new employee next to him was nicer and understood the problem more and apologized. The place is nice, clean and the attitude of the new employee was better. Well they almost got 5, i was going to give 3 for the bad guy but the new guy saved it to 4 2022-02-21 dining in ✅

My son went there today order from his McDonald's app And I was highly disappointedIn the manager the way he spoke My son this manager needs to be removed My son was expecting a certain sauceAnd he never received it when he asked the manager about the sauce He told him that he has to hitThe select both on and there is not a place for this special sauce to be selected the managaer is rude
