They need to start hiring people who have common sense and courtesy. When you see a customer, acknowledge them. When you move between cash handling and food prepping, wash your hands‼️Lupita kept wiping her hands on her pants in between handling food, I told the manager and he carelessly said "It's ok her clothes are clean". We have standards and expect for the food we pay for not to send us to the hospital‼️ We also don't tolerate sarcastic rude attitude like we did there today when Lupita refused to wash her hands. They lost a customer. I'm flabbergasted how very little they know safety.

I don't eat at KFC just not my kind of food. I do food deliveries from restaurants in the area including some fast food. This place is horrible for deliveries. I arrive for pick up during lunch. All doors are locked 🔒 then signs say park here for pick up. No service rude I bang on windows they act like they don't see me. Then I decided to use the drive up window. I show them my order he says we have to cook it more wasted time. He says I will bring it out to you I said ok. I will no longer do deliveries from KFC I have a list I do not do business with I just added KFC to my list. For the most part fast food delivery is not worth my time. The good news I have so many great restaurants in the area I could care less about KFC garbage food.

Beyond chicken is gross! $10 for 7 nuggets, drink and fries? They forgot the sauce to mask the nasty taste as well. On the commercial, you think it was jackfruit. Looks like the texture of chicken and juicy. KFC nuggets are a brick and had a gray color?? Buy the Morning Star nuggets, they are so much tastier, and a box can feed 2 people at a third of the price of the KFC meal.

What is missing from fast food service today? The answer is in the question. SERVICE. Today, fast food service at its best seems like I unwittingly walked into a lame millenial house party minus the trap music but I digress.At its worst, it has not only become a disservice but an insult to anyone who remembers fast food before the gen X'rs came onto the scene. Gone are the days of honest mistakes. It has progressed to full on negligence. It is clear courtesy, respect and common sense have left the building, along with my business (pun intended). What an insult to allow high school children who can not even spell "competent" try and fail miserably at customer service. What's an even worse idea is leaving the kiddies alone without an adult manager to put them in time out and tell them "No, No!" when the idiocy finally becomes unbearable. Pathetic is not even a fitting sentiment and my experience at KFC today is no exception. Besides messing up our order not once but twice, causing us to have to turn around and go back to pick up the biscuits he forgot. We also received little chicken wings and little drum sticks in place of the THIGHS AND LEGS THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO COME WITH THE MEAL. Thats right, little wings and drum sticks I guess are now a substitution for thighs and legs. Now that's what ya call progress! Todays "service" if you can call it that, is an assembly line of mediocrity. A word to the owner and staff. Customer service is just that, a SERVICE. I pay to be served. Not just so the kiddies can get a minumum wage pay check at the only job they will be hired at for the time being. It is to provide me and any one for that matter with what we asked for and in a decent, dignified and timely manner. Please consider changing your staff as you have just lost a customer and a long time fan. KFC is not what it used to be and I'm talking just five years ago. 02/24/18 Sincerely, A disappointed fan.
