Applebee's

I know people make mistakes but this was beyond disgusting made me feel sick to the stomach. I’m not doing this for a free meal or anything like that but this is just unacceptable I don’t know who or what it’s touched I ate half my French fries when I realized that something white was at the bottom, pulled it out and and took pictures. this is a mistake that should not happen Please pay more attention to what you are serving. I can’t get rid of this nasty feeling after seeing this. I also feel like the manger could’ve handled the situation differently.

I've been eating at this restaurant for a while now. I love the great service, reasonable prices, delicious food, and late hours. Those reasons alone are more than enough to keep me coming back, but it was the remarkable turn-around after one not-so-stellar experience that really has me happy enough to review them. As I mentioned above, I eat here frequently, and have had a couple times now where they forgot an extra breadstick I requested/paid for. The last time this happened, I was really irritated, having not realized until after I drove all the way home. When I called to get it refunded, I had insane trouble getting anyone to answer - like +18 min of waiting before a person answered. Considering it hangs up after 3 min, it was especially annoying. HOWEVER - when I did get a person, and finally a manager, Michey/Mickey, he was SO nice. He was friendly and patient and really went above and beyond to show that he valued me as a customer and wanted to make the experience a positive one. Although he was having difficulties issuing a partial refund as I had initially requested, he actually offered me an entire free meal as an apology and everyone there was SO nice - especially the manager - when I went to pick up the food. I really can't express enough how wonderful it is when you encounter really great customer service. Thank you again!

Had great friendly service from J.J. She helped suggest some choices, since we had no idea what we wanted. Fast and delicious was our food. 8oz steak was cooked as requested and my chicken and shrimp meal was a perfect choice...tried something new. Late, late lunch...or an early dinner time. Not crowded...no waiting.
