The individual who i think may be the manager of this store raised his voice at me today because I didn't want to put my phone number in at the cash terminal today. He gave me an issue about it last time, but today was stepping across the line. The bald guy that works there is great, really nice. This place is convenient, and now unfortunately I'm going to have to out of my way to find a different place to go in the mornings.

This is the third time I went to that store and always a problem because the guy who is in charge he don’t know what is he doing , he wants to play to much and not put attention and what he is doing and then he acts like is your fault for all the mess he did . Please remove that guy from that business , he don’t have any idea how to run a business like 7/11 it’s a disrespectful guy .

The slim guy that works at 11:30 pm is very rude. He does not say anything when you walk in or walk up to the cash register.. just looks at you not even asking what you want. and when I ordered cigarettes from behind the counter he tossed them at me. He honestly shouldn't be working in customer service. I had a similar experience to the black lady who also posted a review.

This place is really lacking service. The employee is very disrespectful and has an attitude. He doesn't even want give his name. He is tell the customer always hurry up and pick already that is not right. The company should really put on more on that. Customers is always right. I have never seen anyone else treats customers that bad. Why is he really in a hurry if got nothing else to do isn't his job to put provide the customer with better service. He is supposed to keep the customer happy. I hope no body else goes through that type of behavior.

I feel SO relieved reading these other reviews. Had the same experience. The guy working there doesn't speak a word, literally wont even tell you the price of the item you bought, he'll just look at you. You have to look at the computer yourself and see what the cost is. He won't give change, he just stares at you after you hand him the money. I came in there just now, the place was light up, he was there and he just looks at me slackjawed. I politely ask "Oh hey are you open" and he just shakes his head no. Someone else comes in and he DOES serve them. Literally THEE worst service I've ever seen.
