Haagen Dazs

Fan of Haggen daz. But this one was average. Not because of ice creams but the service and price ! Obviously being in mall , it’s crowded and very slow service . Still, we like to have a cone or cup ice cream ,.. or milk shakes ! Love their mango sherbet and chocolate ice creams . 3/5 ⭐️ is the maximum I can give :)

Shock!!! Paid $19 for 2 cones of soft ice cream ( one vanilla and one twist). Let me say I have never written a bad review on anyone regardless of service or cost but I think this establishment deserves the worst rating( average ice cream and comparable at McDonald’s would have been about $3 total. There is nothing special with this ice cream. The brother of the owner claims that due to the high rents that is what the have to charge. I can say with 100percent certainty I will never order ice cream here and plan to let everyone in my path know what the damages are for stepping in line at this place. Do yourself a very big favor and pass this place by. My prediction... greed of any establishment is usually the beginning signs of any establishment ready to go out of business. The prices being charged on not sustainable no way no how. Busy with 5 years due to lack of clientele, heard it here first.

I love Haagen Dazs ice-cream. This location is however WAY too expensive and the guys running this shop are super rude. This location also charges you $1.45 for an EMPTY paper cup. Yes, you read that right. When I pointed out the exorbitant price - the guy said 'we don't get them for free'. Last time I shop at this location.

Don’t go to the haagen dazs in Menlo. They are very dirty. They do not clean their shake cups and blender for the smoothies correctly. I witness with my own eyes, they do not use soap to clean them. The owner for haagen dazs are very cheap. I saw one of the employee that works there getting yelled at because supposedly he gave a little extra ice cream to the customer he was helping. My friend also told me they have roaches.
