Food is usually fine, however there is always a wait for your food. They do not always have all the menu options either. The staff usually looks a little stressed and sometimes have an attitude.

The staff are very rude
All I asked politely was for extra salt on my french fries; I got a very scornful look the first time and got ignored. Second time, she retorted that she wouldn't give anything like salt for free and then threw some salt packets at me...
