Worst sub I ever had.
Left the money and the sub never go there again what a horrible way to do business. Don't waste your money at this place.

Great spot to get a breakfast sandwich! I'm sure the sandwiches are great too! I got the Jersey Melt wrap which I got on a roll instead. It has pork roll, egg, fried onions, hash brown, cheese and I added crispy bacon. Delish!

This is the best sub shop in Edison! Everyone there is extremely friendly and all their ingredients are fresh. Bread is great too. They also have really good breakfast. Love this place.

If you're looking for incredible breakfast sandwiches, or awesome lunch sandwiches and soups you have to give Edison Sub Shop a try. The main reason besides the great food for me are Chris and Mike they never seem to have a bad day, always happy, smiling, friendly conversation. Give them a try you'll be happy you did. Best sub shop in Edison, I don't think so! I have driven by this location so many times and decided to stop for lunch, since the signs on the windows says voted best sub shop in Edison. 1st time visiting this location and food was okay, very disappointed. had a turkey and provolone on wheat roll. The roll makes the sandwich and the bread wasn't fresh at all, more than a couple days old. Very dry for wheat bread, other than that cold cuts, lettuce and tomatoes were fresh. Staff was friendly, but food was sub-par.

Great staff, delicious food, always a friendly experience visiting. Anything I've ever ordered has always been made with care exactly as I like. You can tell the staff here really cares about their customers. Traditional Jersey-style subs, solid, definitely a central NJ A++. Highly recommended!
