Providence At 5280

I came here because I was craving good wings, and it did not disappoint. They were cooked without sauce so the skin was super crispy yet the inside was tender. There was plenty of meat on the bone and the ranch, bleueu cheese, and buffalo sauce were all tasty. The vegetables were also particularly fresh. I had gone to a trendy and popular wing place a few days before and I was very disappointed. This spot definitely surpassed the quality of many "premiere" establishments. I happened to come during happy hour, and there were several discounted appetizers which was a nice surprise. The mushroom caps were crispy and delicious. I got a pork slider as well, and the meat on it was delicious. I am definitely recommending this spot and I will be going back.

This place is incredible!!! They opened a room to us for my daughter's birthday. Their Chef Rob prepared smokes pork and smoked chicken tacos with all the toppings you could want. All the food was good, Rob makes the best guacamole I have ever eaten. The service was excellent and timely considering the number of people in our party. The Owner's Cody and Bonnie are friendly warm and inviting. If your looking for super good food and a fun atmosphere this is the place. Went in during happy hour and they didn't honor their happy hour prices, which wasn't a huge deal. Just a few extra dollars. The vibe seemed really off to me. Like I was out of place and didn't belong. That was kind of a bummer. Staff was very friendly and drinks were fine. It was enough that I don't think I'll be returning, unfortunately. Had some high hopes for this spot.

They have brunch WITH bottomless mimosas on Saturdays and Sundays and it's SO well priced. The brunch menu is on the smaller side but I loved every option that it was still difficult to choose what to get. I got a quesadilla with pork and my friends got burritos with chicken and bacon. The pork is local meat and smoked in house and DELICIOUS. I can't even emphasize that enough. I got bottomless mimosas and my friends got irish coffees. I liked that you didn't have to all order bottomless (usually that's been my experience that the whole table needs to order it). The place is well established even though they just opened a year before Covid, and even through Covid are still doing ok because of their location, food, and drink options. The staff are all extremely friendly and the community is involved in their well being. A couple was at the patio when I was, and they are regulars that support beyond being paying customers. The sign that says "5280 The Backyard" on the patio area was handmade by them and donated/gifted to them. Its just a really great casual outdoor vibe with a fun airstream that could one day be an outdoor bar. I will 100% be back.
