Dunkin'

The food was terrible and overpriced. I bought a breakfast sandwich, large coffee, hash browns, and a couple of donuts. The coffee was okay but nearly cold by the time I returned to my car and got on the freeway. I expect way better for a $3 cup of coffee. If coffee and donuts are your specialty it should be good and in a container that keeps it hot for more than 5 minutes. Let's talk about the donuts. The donuts were TERRIBLE. they tasted burned AND they were tough as cardboard like they were several days old and sat on the shelf the entire time. The hash browns were cold and there were only 6 of the tater tots and they were crumbled into pieces of cold greasy chunks. totally inedible. The bacon croissant sandwich was almost tasteless and again COLD. the tiny flacid greasy cold piece of bacon was uninspired and hard to locate. common theme was everything was cold and greasy or stale. for a $12 breakfast it was one of the worst I've ever had. 5 items and hit 0 for 5. think I'll ever be back.... not

This is the worst DD I've ever been to. I have given them numerous chances to get orders right. Made up excuses for them as to the shortage of people, training, etc., but I have yet to get one, yes even one order correct. My last order was a breakfast sandwich and the bacon wasn't completely cooked, cheese not melted, and the bread wasn't toasted let alone warm... my dog enjoyed it though, and the coffee was ok, at best. They've forgotten parts of my order....out of two items!, they've not toasted sandwiches, they've been out of donuts, etc. They are making McDonald's look good! Things happen, I get it, but when it's been every single order for at least eight months, I guess I've reached my limit. No more excuses. You've lost a customer.

Went through the drive thru and we ordered egg bagel and egg croissant, specialty coffee and a coke. Sandwiches tasted like cardboard the bagel was so hard thought I would break my teeth!!!! Coffee cup not even 3/4 full and they gave my a bottle of coke not even fountain. Worst part is that it wasted $15.00 and some change! By the time you get back on the road it’s too late to go back. Lessen learn wait in line at McDonald’s!!!! Doesn’t even deserve 1 star…..

The worse customer service ever!!! Slowest employees ever. Store is always dirty. No one cares about anything in this store. Ive never seen such horrible service like this. Always making mistakes. We stay up at Lakeland Rv campground and this is the only dunkin close to us which makes us have no choice but to keep going we all have to have our daily dunkin. Went there this morning at 5am store was closed. So now we are driving 8.5 miles from our campground just to go to another dunkin. This location needs to start fresh with all new employees. Very sad and disappointing can't even get a cup of coffee.

Usually okay when I stop at this location. On Wednesday afternoon I stopped here on my way back to Madison. Ordered 2 egg & cheese wake-up wraps & medium iced hazelnut coffee. Got on Interstate, & bit into food...still cold & frozen. Same with 2nd sandwich. And coffee tasted like watered down creamer & had tons of coffee grounds on bottom of cup. Was already on the Interstate, so no way to turn around. Usually okay (although half the time the ovens aren't on past early afternoon unfortunately), but complete bust this time. Just check everything before pulling out!

Horrible. Front employee is sitting on counter taking selfies. Group of teenagers gathered by pickup talking with employees and not moving when guests try to get food/ beverages. Employees are literally throwing snow at eachother through the store. Ordered a bagel and hash browns-waited 10 mins. They asked what I was standing for, told them my food so the one employee asked was it cooked and the other said hell no. If they spent more time working then goofing off, might be a better place.

Hashbrowns were burned & soggy. Coffee wasn't overly flavorful. Donuts were good. Wrap wasn't very big. For what you pay for meal & coffee you're better off going into Edgerton & going to Kwik Trip for better tasting, better quality & cheaper food & coffee! Would've given zero stars but your friendly fun staff saved you & got you up to 2 stars.
