Theres a lot of reviews about rude staff but thats not the impression we got, she was friendly and having a joke about. Theres a few free car parking spaces at the side and we didn't struggle at 1pm on a weekday.

Good food but service let it down. Kept having to ask/remind the order. When got it - was wrong! Usually very quick & efficient but not today.

Stop allowing customers to bring in massive dogs, pit bull kind without a muzzle and a leash! Allowing the dog to just roam free inside a food place does not look good and not everyone likes dogs or is afraid of them too. I am sure you have children that come into your shop, those type of dogs can just turn on you!
