This place is absolutely terrible. Literally everything about our order was either wrong, under cooked or tasted awful. The fries were severely under cooked. The soda machine is not mixing the syrup properly or the syrup is out and we were missing several items. If you aren't able to staff your restaurant with competent employees, close it! Do the right thing and shut it down. Allowing undercooked food to be served to the public is dangerous and a violation of food safety. Pathogens grow beyond dangerous levels if the temperature doesn't reach 135*.

I ordered the junior size roast beef sandwich but was charged for the regular roast beef. When I pointed this out the woman went and got someone to fix the charges. They then have me a junior today beef with cheese. I cannot eat cheese. I had asked for JUST ROAST BEEF. When the woman returned.. After I had to beep my horn to get someone's attention, she returned to the window chewing food and walked away at my complaint. The guy came again, got the right sandwich then asked me about sauces .. which I had asked for twice already...I responded I wanted to white sauce. Drove home only to find red sauce packets in the bag.. why would I have expected anything else after that visit .. Mind you this cost me over $8 and it took nine minutes... With absolutely no one else in the drive through line.. Now I know why

Every time I come to this location we have an issue with our order. Today the drive thru speaker was broken so they were taking orders 1 by 1 at the window and they still managed to forget my fries. I had 4 items. Nobody ever answers the phone when I try to call. How am I supposed to get credit for my mess ups? It has been awhile since today that I've gone and still a problem.
