Five Guys

Honestly no matter how many times I tell them I want my burger well done, they never listen. When I asked them to make it well done, their response is the burgers are always well done there is no pink. Decided to give them another chance last night and order some burgers well done. But pretty sure this is not well done.

This is how cheeseburgers were meant to be made! These cooked to order burgers and fries are incredible and delicious. They even list where the fries that you are eating came from. We ordered bacon cheeseburger with fries and a strawberry milk shake. The fries are put in a cup that is in a bag then they fill more fries into the bag. You will not leave hungry from this place. Highly recommend trying five guys at least once in your life!

The value of their burgers has gone downhill imo. Got a cheeseburger for 12 dollars and all the way (w all toppings) hardly had anything aside from meat and buns. It had one slice of pickle. The burgers here are not the big juicy round balls of meat topped with bread it used to be. For the second time the meat had the uncooked pinkish red layer. These burgers are supposed to be well done for safety reasons like all franchise restaurants are to be. It makes one question their adherence on food safety and whether they have a Servsafe licensed person looking out for these things.

I just don't think I can do Five Guys anymore. I understand inflation and realize that companies have to do what they can to remain profitable, either increasing price or decreasing serving sizes. But it shouldn't be both. Last night I ate here and it cost over $15 for a Little Bacon Cheeseburger and a small fries. Wow. Making things worse, there was barely a patty there! There was more mayo in the burger than there was beef (which should have been ketchup, btw). Maybe things changed recently, but I always thought the beef should be the main part of the burger. So very disappointing.

My family and I feel safer taking out food from your location and will continue supporting your business! Hoping everyone continues getting vaccinated and wears their masks until the Covid variants are eradicated.
