"Slow" fast food joint. Soup and sandwich option is good for lunch. Turkey avocado sandwich/chilies option was good on a damp cold day. Decent baked goods and coffee.
Service could be better. Table was filthy. We asked for cleaning towels to clean it ourselves.

I ordered a U-Pick 2; 1/2 Chicken Frontega sandwich and 1/2 Apple Fuji Salad.
The sandwich barely had chicken in it. It was mostly sauce and bread. The salad had no apple chips and again barely any chicken. Lettuce, onions and tomatoes with dressing.
I was just passing through and I do not live in the area, so I couldn't go back to complain. Very disappointed with this Panera. Fortunately, the Panera I go to regularly are excellent with great service. This one, not at all like it. If I'm in the area, I will go somewhere else.

Every time I’ve gone here my baguette would be very hard. Also one time my friend had a baguette side that was maybe about 5 inches while mine was a good 1 and 1/2. Looks like the workers in the kitchen just rip them and throw em in bags. Food also tastes like hospital cafeteria food. Nothing great.

Better than it has been recently!! Last time was trash and old bread in bags at the lobby ... but not today. Panera coffee is some how always good. However they mangle the sandwiches and mess up the orders, the coffee is always good. But this visit, the order was almost right, soup was good and the sandwich was like I remember it.. just a bit smaller.. lol. Today was a good visit :) Thanks guys!

I ordered food the other day and was very disappointed..I ordered cream of chicken with wild rice soup, ugh!! I order it and salad a lot and the soup was horrible..It was watery and had really nothing in it but water..tasted awful.. I will give it another try, but was very disappointed..Please try and do better

This Panera has improved dramatically in recent months. Food is fresh, portions are generous, and the service is great!

Very nice cozy place , fast and nice service,the same products as in all other Panera's ..For those who are regulars visitors of Panera Bread short info - NO kiosk ,No drive-thru ,No they don't bring the food to you! No numbers or table trackers , you had to wait for your own food at the counter or you will be called by name .
Most of these places are already very modern , cold and noisy , more like fast food with a drive-thru ,which is not entirely bad for someone who does not like to leave the car .
Unfortunately I have a bad experience with this type of service in Panera
for some places this is a bad solution when the operating team cannot make it on time to handle both inside and outside customers and then the waiting for the meal will extend enormously.One thing I missed here was kiosks, which make it much easier to choose food and create your own menu, specialty if you have your favorite food already saved there,
I would definitely visit again this nice cozy place
