Good fish and chip shop. Excellent curry home made sauce. Staff are really friendly and actually gave us some free food as they were closing shortly after our visit.

Excellent local gem! Best traditional fish and chips out of all the local ones and a lovely family run business. Always great potions and cooked fresh. Really good value especially with the rising costs of everything and such a wide menu! Shocked at some of the bad comments, it’s really good and we have never been disappointed. Remember it’s a fish and chip shop not a high end restaurant!

A good place to get fish and chips, portions are big. The spam fritter and battered gherkin are a must. Lots of other options as well.

Had a large order for a work’s meeting, 24 orders to collect. It was all freshly cooked and ready bang on time! No mean feat!
Cannot fault the service, seamless and so helpful, and friendly.
Bev was so accommodating. The food was very well received by all.

Meal deals under a fiver are good value, this place is incredible value. Batter of sausage is a bit overdone for my liking but the chips are bang on point.

I have been a regular customer in the last half a year since I have started working in the area. Really good fish and chips and their special lunch is perfect in size and good price.

I'm just glad I had the small portion of fish and chips. As I had to get back to work for another priority job all day and all night again. But less of the winging. Fish 🐟 no bones. Chips look a bit sceptical but all was really really tasty and just the right amount. My ol mum at 94 years. Was right. Well done. Definitely recommend to my yard at selwoods . Thanks John.
