Lovely place, great people, always friendly and welcoming, fantastic little cafe with great tasting, freshly cooked food.
A variety of sized rooms avaliable to hire.
Wheelchair accessible
Accessible toilets.
Always looks and smells clean.
Many different groups from the community hire rooms to run weekly, occasional or one off sessions.
Plenty of parking in the Swan centre, there is a small car park opposite with some disabled bays for 2 or 3 hour parking, check the board because some of the traffic wardens in Eastleigh do live to give a ticket out.
The cafe is closed during school holidays.

We use this place for work meetings. The room that we use is quite big, spacious and sockets where to charge our laptops. A machine to get water aswell.

This centre has magnificent staffs the manager, centre manager caretaker are all amazing thanks for the support you showed me when I used the centre recently .
