I hired them to make my wedding cake and cupcakes for my wedding. They seriously crushed it! The inspiration I gave them for what I wanted in a wedding cake came to life, they nailed it spot on! They were very easy to work with, had prompt delivery, and best of all the cake and cupcakes were so so delicious!! I had more than I care to admit because they were so good ;). Thanks Mitten Raised for making my wedding even more awesome!!

Mitten Raised truly delivered on what we had in mind for our wedding desserts, and Katie was incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to work with! We opted for “deconstructed” cake cups, rather than a large sheet cake or traditional cupcakes, and it made it so much easier! We also had a small cutting cake that was perfect and beautiful. All of the flavors were delicious, but the Raspberry Lemon was a crowd favorite!

We go to Mitten Raised often for breakfast and baked goods, so it was a no brainer that they did our wedding cake and desserts! Katie was helpful and easy to work with. Our cake was delicious and so were our other desserts (they provided mini cookies and mini cinnamon rolls as well). Their pricing was extremely reasonable. We received many compliments from guests about how good the dessert was! We could not be happier and would highly recommend Mitten Raised to anyone!

Lots of choices for tasty pastries and treats. The donuts are very sweet with glaze AND icing and a layer of frosting in the middle- yum! Indoor and outdoor seating.

This place is a nice balance. I got an americano, 2 Cookies, 2 Donuts. All I've tried so far are fresh and good. Seemingly Goldilocks. Not over or under done. Variety of flavors and styles, I assume on rotation. Welcoming Cafe, friendly staff, no pressure to tip. I appreciated the value because the quality is there for a reasonable price. l will return if I'm nearby.

Mitten raised is my go-to coffee and breakfast shop in Lansing! The owner is so sweet and the staff is great. I know they are known for their baked goods (which are phenomenal) but, I love their power oats and breakfast bagel sandwich too! Food and coffee is affordable and the environment is super cozy. I love having them in Lansing!

It's such a cute spot! I've seen it for years, but I never realized they had gluten-free options or more than pastries. I got the El Rito without the wrap, and it was amazing! Everything else was closed, and this was the only place I could find that was open.
Plenty of seating, some cozy. I'll be back!

These bagel sandwiches, or the hearty spartys i think they are called are the BEST. Staff was nice, food was quick. The indoor seating is nice. will come back for sure

Mitten Raised was our baker for our wedding back in November and they did a fantastic job! People still rave to us about the dessert we had at the wedding months later. We did donuts, cookies, and pie shooters! Katie was great to work with and did a fantastic job at setting up the desserts.

Cool city vibe for a bakery. Quality of the food is great. I got a few cinnamon rolls to go which were really nice and large. Prices were average and I didn’t feel like I was paying inflated campus prices. Only downside was the cashier who had zero patience. I asked her if the cinnamon rolls had cream cheese frosting or regular icing and she quickly snapped back “I don’t know, I guess you’ll find out”.
