This place is awful - I have given them the benefit of the doubt way too often. Orders are wrong 50% of the time, that is not an exaggeration. This time was the last straw. Ordered 10 teriyaki boneless wings for my cousin's kids. Get home - literally they gave use the hottest thing on the menu. Inedible for kids. Receipt says teriyaki. I'd suggest throwing your money away and save your gas. You'll be better off.

We had your House Salad, fried chicken salad plate. WOW!!! Love it!! Excellent presentation. Veggies beautifully placed. Perfectly seasoned fried chicken in small cut up bites which I love since we are older. Yall have outdone yourselves this time. Good customer service. I reccomend this place.

Worst customer service ever, went in after church to get my grandbaby a kids meal $6.00 they gave me 10 French fries yes I counted them. I showed lady the box and asked if they could give more fries. She called Mgr over who stated no but requested to give me a refund. I took refund she threw in trash. I mentioned that she lost more by giving refund and throwing food in trash vs giving a couple more fries. The Mgr stated oh well and walked off. I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION EVER.

Got a fried chicken salad to go when I got home I may have had two pieces of chicken on my salad their prices have gone up and their chicken has gone down I was very disappointed with the amount of chicken on my salad. And this is not the first time this has happened but it will be my last time won't be back to this location for chicken salad

Great fast food chicken, the chicken sandwich was tasty but way too thick! Overall a 5 star. Needed work on dining area though, trash was piled up in all trash bins and we had to bag up our trash to pile on top. The floor at the first booth someone had dropped a large drink several people including my husband slid on the floor. It was busy but they needed a clean-up person for at least safety precautions! Still a great place to eat, I like this location over Powdersville its much nicer.

This Zaxby's location is a fine example of the company values. We had a Cob Salad and a Blue Salad. Both was delicious and prepared fresh, we also tried the promotional Ghostbusters spirit; It wasn't bad. They was out of a couple of the wing sauces. The staff are courteous and friendly. We'll definitely have lunch again.

This was the most horrible experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. The fries were very salty, and when I walked up to the counter the cashier just stared at me waiting for me to say something. The chicken tenders are very small and so aren't the boneless wings especially for the price that you pay for them. I will not be eating here again nor will I recommend a Zaxby's to anybody that I know.

My chicken fingers reeked of cigarettes & tasted like them to! I was at a gas station so I thought I’d just gotten a whiff of cigarettes until I’d taken a bite & realized it was the chicken fingers. I’m guessing someone went on break & didn’t wash their hands & put their ungloved hands on the chicken fingers. Disgusting!!! Zaxby’s shouldn’t allow this! All employees should have to wash their hands. If I wanted a cigarette I’d smoke one so gross!!!
