Brios London

I ordered from deliveroo, I got the mountain burger and some fries. The food is generally good but nothing extraordinary. The beef patties were chunky and cooked medium well. I had it with a plain brioche bun which was also ok. Their special sauce is pretty much the same as the “burger sauce” you get from kebab and chicken shops. If I had to place it with other well know burger joints, it’s between Burger King and Five Guys. The quality of their fries is precisely the same as your local chicken shop. Reading other reviews and looking at pictures I can see that the restaurant is attempting to give the place a personality and to showcase that some quality exists. However, ingredients and taste is not in line with prices and the character they have created. I paid only 70% of their full price for my double burger and fries (£9) and that was worth it. I wouldn’t however say it’s worth the full £13. If they slash all their prices by 30% then they’re spot on, or they just improve quality and keep their prices. Nobody will pay 25 pounds for a double cheeseburger from McDonald’s but people will pay 25 pounds for a high quality gourmet burger. Also, a little tip for the restaurant, invest in some burger boxes for takeaway as the the foil bag you send keeps the burger hot but the bun becomes extra extra soggy.

In terms of both freshness and flavour, I can honestly say that it was the best burger I’ve ever had! i ordered the Brios special chicken burger with a side of sweet potato fries. My order was prepared really quickly. The restaurant is decorated beautifully and has a very fun and vibrant atmosphere. I was greeted by a very sweet girl who provided me with a excellent customer service by making sure everything was okay! Brios will defiantly be my go to burger place. The restaurant also has a large space upstairs which would be great for private parties. A*********** highly recommend.

The place is really good and the service as well. I ordered a black bun beef burger with their special brios milkshake. The milk shake was top notch and to my liking. Idk if others would prefer it since it was a bit sweet and most ppl don't prefer sweet stuff. As for the burger it was kinda above average but nothing too special considering the price, the black bun was just for decor not that ik of if it did something with the taste. Also if ure a regular customer u get a discount card with some rewards. Anyways Gr8 place, good food that u and ur friends can grab from or dine in.

I have come to this restaurant many times and have never had a bad experience. A very organised and clean restaurant with friendly management. And of-course the burgers they offer are delicious. I especially love the fact that you can tell the chef how well cooked you want your burger (well done, medium rare etc). As silly as it may sound, not many burger joints offer this. I was also shocked by how cheap the prices especially in Ealing considering it is a very 'high end location'. However, I believe this restaurant can stand out even more and bring in a new set of burger loving customers is if they allow you to add additional meats/toppings to your burger. For example, Turkey bacon topping inside the burger (halal of course) is very popular and is currently 'growing in the burger market'. All in all, I can't say anything bad about Brios but seeing as this is a new joint, additional toppings will really make it stand out even more. In all of my reviews I like to help business' grow and expand which is why I left such comments about additional items. Cheers.
