good concept, but we were first-timers. They could have been a bit more helpful at the start, but made up for it once we had "committed". Food was served right out of the wood-fired oven, and was delicious. Efficiently run, fairly priced, good food. Hard to beat.

After having their nuggets; I think Wendy's prepares their nuggets differently than the competition. Also: the way they're fixed: Wendy's nuggets are healthier; Because the presentation of the nuggets do not look fried or grilled. Well done Wendy's! The frosty was not frozen low enough. But my suggestion: don't buy a frosty unless you can eat it w/o brain freeze in a weather of 80 degrees or warmer.

This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to there drinks were really watered down and they don't even know how to make the food that is on their menu.. I will not be dining at this location and I recommend to everyone else to do the same

Love the food here but terrible service ! App never works and would not take any coupons . Got our order wrong at window caught some things but also had to pull around and try to correct some more things. Dining room was closed and was hassle to get them to come out . Basically told us we should of got back in like at drive thru. Took way too long. I know supply is poor right now in items and staff but common courtesy would been to tell us main ingredients be missing so we would have ordered something else . Take little extra time , it was Sunday afternoon were not super busy. Will not be back.

A friend of mine and I went here for lunch a couple weeks ago and waited longer thru the drive thru than I've ever waited in a drive thru in my life.
Not only that, for 2 "small sized meals"? $24.95 !!..Expensive and slow. I won't go back there again, but, the employees we're cordial,clean and presentable and friendly.

This Wendy's location is the worst location I have been to. I have been there 5 times and 4 of the 5 times there was an issue.
Visits:
1: went with the kids and dined in. A little slow to get the order, but the order was accurate and food was a good representation of Wendy's. The dining room was clean. No real issues on this visit.
2: Before COVID-19 was a thing, they closed early with the workers spending time by the dumpster smoking. Honor your hours or change them to hours you can keep.
3: Placed an order at the drive thru proceeded to pick up my food. They were busy and told her to pull through. They didn't get my order right so I told them and had to wait 10 minutes for then to get the right order out.
4: Ordered via mobile app and paid. When I arrived to pick up the food at the drive thru, The voice over the speaker said they couldn't take orders. When I explained I already placed an order and paid, she said they can't do it and to try back in an hour. Not convenient, and not waiting over an hour for this food
5. Tried to place an online order, but kept getting an error. I figured I'd order the old fashioned way at the speaker. I placed the order and I had a free large fry so I added that to the order. When I got to the window, the free fry wouldn't display after multiple times trying so I removed it from the order. I ordered 2 chocolate frosty, but "the machine just broke" so I got vanilla. I paid and then was told it would take some time for my order and to pull around. No big deal, so I did. By the time I got to the parking spot the food came within 20 seconds. I drove home only to find that they completely forgot a whole order for one of my kids. I drove back and told them what they forgot. It came out fairly quick, but by the time I got home everyone else's food was cold and with gas prices, I probably broke even going back and forth.
I don't know that I will ever go here again. It's fairly close and there's not many options when it comes to fast food nearby.
I would not recommend this location.

We visited Wendy's in Eagle for dinner tonight. The server at the window was very polite and friendly. Our food came out quickly and our order was correct. They remembered our sauces, napkins, drinks, and all our sandwiches were made correctly. The food was delicious and visually appealing. Wendy's is obviously taking their employee's and customer's health seriously. Every employee was wearing a mask and gloves and their was a sneeze guard at the window. I was definitely impressed with what I saw today.

Quick service, Jordan was very polite and friendly. My baconator had a tiny amount of bacon on it, but other than that the food was great.
