Starbucks

Just left this location 10/24 6:45 AM. Coffee is so Watery. Absolutely no coffee flavor. It really depends on who is working there but most the time you get a cup of hot water with a hint of coffee flavor. One girl working alone completely disinterested, surfing the web on her phone. We interrupted her on her phone and she was forced to serve us coffee. Management needs to be made aware. We've gotten coffee flavored water there before so we learned to get a shot inside it and still couldn't taste any coffee.

Have been a gold star member at Starbucks for the past 18 years!!! Love love my Starbucks.....Today! I was treated rude, and hostile and plain insulting !!! My drink is a 5-shot Americano....3/decaf...2/regular shots....$4.30 Never, EVER had a problem.....today like any other day, I order my drink...it comes out to $5.41....I ask why so much?? She said that's the price!! I said my drink has always been $4.30....why the increase today??? She loudly replies... "Starbucks recently raised their shot prices by $.10/shot...." I replied "really, since yesterday?" "My drink has always been $4.30....." ...She then yelled to her co worker..hey, she wants a $5.41 drink for $4.30....the co worker comes over to the register...they mumble back and forth to eachother.....she then puts her numbers in and charges me $5.19....I said that's still not right....they stared at me with hands on her hips and said...this is the price....we cannot give special prices.... By this time I was humiliated and decided to just pay it.....they never said thank you or anything!! Just yelled to the next customer to step up..... I will not ever be back to this Starbucks location.... I am especially sensitive to rudeness and insulting behavior ...having recently lost my Granddaughter..... I too, am in Customer Service at Macys....my not motto is, treat people the way you want to be treated..... Just be decent....it costs nothing to be kind.. I hope other customers don't encounter this behavior....it's inexcuseable!!! I will not be back to this particular Starbucks store ever again.....😢 Sincerely, Frances Widener....

I love Starbucks end of story. No I have more, 2 years ago on my moms bday she orders a pumpkin spice frapecinno but apparently they didn't have it yet even though they have it every year! So one of the workers come up to her and gives her what she orders! Happy story! And once like 3 weeks ago I got to get one of those without caffeine yummy!
