Came thru today for a quick stop and super fast & friendly. I’m not sure who took my order but, Emma at the window was so sweet and really appreciated that I came by. Your doing great guys! Thank you!

Came here today for a drink after long day at work. And look how different between those 2 drink. It’s suppose to look like the 2nd pic with strawberry. It’s cost $4.77 for nothing. I asked for extra ice not extra water. I know I should complain right at that time but it’s was dark outside so I didn’t notice until I drink it taste like water. This place need to train their staff harder. This 3rd times happen to me already.

Great customer service when I stopped at this location. However, my drink was so PACKED with ICE, there was barely any beverage in it. I feel like I barely tasted the drink before it was completely gone. Close to just a cup of ice. What a bummer. I’ve never been given a drink like this at the location I typically go to.

Personally, I loved this location. When I visited I was greeted when I entered. The cashier who took my order (wish I remembered her name) was extremely polite and fast. My order was made very fast. I also like their location, the nice wide windows are great.

I have attempted to order a drink at this location four times. Twice they made me the wrong drink, the third time I waited more than five minutes for somebody to acknowledge I was at the counter Before I finally just walked away and the most recent and fourth time was this evening when I asked if I could get my ice tea blended. I even explained that I wanted ice and tea put in the blender and turned into a slushy (Fighting with the lovely cold so it would have felt wonderful on my sore throat). The girl behind the counter could not grasp this concept. I again finally just walked away. I just don’t understand why the customer service is so poor at this location.

This location is, unfortunately, the only Starbucks near my work. I would be willing to drive further if there was another one even remotely close. This location is, by far, the worst Starbucks location I have been to. If they even get your mobile order, they do not get it correct. The wait times are incredibly long even though they have many employees working. One time I was stuck in the drive thru for 30 minutes and they would not let the cars out while they were dealing with computer issues even though I pleaded for them to let us out through the speaker. Some of the staff is nice so I gave two stars. I would avoid this location if at all possible.

Place sucks. Employees don't know how to prioritize inside vs outside traffic. Was third person in line inside....counted 21, yes 21 cars served before I got my drink. Just terribly run place. Avoid it if you can.
