Never have I had the experience of a restaurant not honoring their own valid coupon. We just received these coupons last week and the expiration date is 4/22/22 but was told they are not in her system so she could not take them. Hello this is KFC right and this is your coupon right? Never have I seen this done before. To not honor their own advertising is beyond believe. My husband of course did not make any fuss about that. I contacted the corporate office. We will not be back to this location. It is the little things in life. I can’t.

60 bucks for chicken that was overcooked, raw biscuits and had to go back to get my sides. Don't waste your money.

Worst experience ever. The service was slow. I had a hair in my food my chicken was burnt and they forgot my side to my other meal and both my drinks. When I asked for extra sauce the man in the window said no and closed the window. Another man was watching my through the window and when I looked at him he liked his lips at me…disgusting! And when I called to complain a man named “me.randy” answered and said the manager said he was “too busy” to speak to me and then while I was complaining about my service they hung up on me!!! If I could give a zero star I would…I recommend NOT eating at any fast food place on Miami blvd I haven’t had a good experience with them.

KFC has not opened its doors yet, as far as I know, but their drive thru crew seems to be doing great work. The person at the window was very pleasant and accommodating. If my visit is an indication of other shifts then this location is doing things right.

Used drive thru. Cashier friendly and chicken sandwich was fresh. Definitely my top 2 in chicken sandwich because it's seasoned just right.

How are you not gonna take a coupon that is from your company that has KFC on it. That's just ridiculous gonna say it's not in the system so you can't honor the coupon. The coupon dosen't expire for a whole month.

So I havent been to kfc in about a year mainly because the service hasn't been good the times I have. Today I went to try the new doughnut sandwich(didnt see it, none the less) ordered 2 doughnuts and 4strips and a lemonade. Get around to the window pay. Get my food when I open my bag there is glaze everywhere! On the napkins, on the sauce packs, the box of chicken. And I'm short 1 doughnut. Food was ok not work 8 bucks especially since I didn't get it all.
