Dunkin'

The worst! This location is an embarrassment to other one star reviews. Not only is the store the only one “closed on the inside due to staffing issues” (even though they have 9 people “working” on the inside) After a almost 45 min wait the coffee is so watered down it makes no sense. It’s like they ran out of syrup and said humm there’s a corner left I have a great idea let’s fill it with water and shake it up and charge $5 for it. My advice to the reader is to stick with Starbucks at least they will remake it when it’s bad.

Literally the worst drive through of all time. If there were any other Dunkin remotely near my path to work, I'd never go here again. But alas... I have to leave 45 minutes early just to get my coffee, that's how long the drive through takes. This place is so understaffed and mismanaged, I can't even blame the miserable- and exhausted-looking workers. In a past life I must have done something awful to deserve a daily waste of 30+ minutes just to be told that they're out of food (which has happened) and then receive a coffee that has soured so much I can't drink it (which happens at least once a week). Sociologists studying institutional failure would have a field day here.

I feel like I caught them on an off morning. My iced coffee was loaded with sugar and I had to spit it out when I took a sip. They did remake it for me and it was better but still not what I ordered. I hope this was a fluke because I love Dunkin' coffee but honestly was not happy with my morning coffee this go around.

Waited in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes just for my order to be incorrect . I ordered a medium iced caramel craze signature latte and two chocolate sprinkled donuts but instead I received 1 regular chocolate donut and my latte didn’t have any of the toppings on it and it was watered down . It tasted like I was drinking water with whip cream .

Horrible place to go! They need to replace this Dunkin’ Donuts! It’s a waste of space we have been waiting in line for almost 20 minutes horrible customer service! I really hope they replace us donut place because it seems to be the only one that’s close in our side of Durham. I would advise you to check your order because when I checked my bags there are missing a couple items! I

This is the worst dunkin donuts ever. They’re supposed to open at 6:00 am. I arrived at 6:30 and went around a couple times and clearly saw the worker there doing NOTHING. She had a ponytail with blonde strips on her hair. Literally doing nothing. me and another car sat in line waiting and nobody ever said anything through the drive through. if i could, i’d rate this dunkin 0 stars. please, work on being open on time. it’s been almost an hour that it was supposed to be open and it’s not. very disappointed.
