Taco Bell

I stopped in around noon for a large soda. I love the Zero Baja Blast! There are tablets to order and not a person. Normally I like these as I know the order is entered correctly. Well I am writing this review while I am still waiting for a soda 25 minutes later. At about 10 minutes in, I asked an employee to see if the soda could be given to me quickly. He brought me the wrong soda, went back and never returned. I'm still waiting. 30 minutes. Why is this soda fountain in the lobby turned off!? I HAVE to wait for them. Wow this is ridiculous. I can't even talk with someone to cancel the order! Extremely frustrating! I spoke with that employee again and just asked for the soda and he held his hand up in a stop and told me to calm down. Another patron was right next to me and I asked him if I was being rude and he said no. I spoke calmly. The employee was about 5'10", has a large tattoo on his entire neck. 40 minutes. The apparent manager came to the front and spoke with me. He was kind and helped me. His actions were good, but the experience still warrants the rating.

Oh boy, story time. If you take a look at the recent reviews of this place, a trending theme occurs. But I'm getting ahead of myself, so I'll start with notable recent events -Stayed in the drive-through around for about 5 minutes, trying to make an order around 915am. No one home! Went to Wendy's instead, and as I drove by later I saw a poor employee standing outside in the cold. I'm assuming the assistant manager just didn't show up to open the place up, poor guy. -Another time around 9 am, I got told they didn't have breakfast. So I asked if I could order lunch. I got told no, and to have a nice day. So I did. -Just earlier today, a Saturday at 1 pm, I got told to make a mobile order as they were the only employee there. They could not run the register and cook at the same time. Apparently, no one works at this taco bell, and I would hate to be one of the few that do. I would be surprised if this place is still around in 6 months.

This taco bell loves to take delivery orders and keep their delivery tablet on and then after making you wait 3 hours, cancel the order without any call or reason. If you're too busy turn the tablet off, why can't you understand that? At least cancel the order asap instead of making people wait on food that won't come. Absolute waste of time and not worth it for the stale tortillas and undercooked food.

Yall got me twice in one week. I ordered a Quesadilla extra chicken and extra cheese. And received a stale barely any meat or cheese on it. And I had to pay extra. The second time I ordered the same plus a chicken taco, same thing for the quesadilla and I requested no tomatoes on the chicken taco and I got a cold pre-made taco full of tomatoes. I'm really going to have to stop giving fast food places chances

Both of my last two visits I couldn't order. First time they said they could only accept mobile orders. This time they were only accepting cash. Dining room also closed. Whoever runs this franchise needs to find another line of business as they are doing a disservice to Taco Bell. I won't be back to this location.

***Stay Away*** Sort the reviews to “newest” to see why. I have been stuck in the drive thru for 20 minutes, still waiting to order. While sitting here, I am watching people at a distance parking and walking up to the door only to find it locked. Hopefully they can get the issues straightened out. In the meantime, avoid it unless you have a lot of time to wait.
