The Box

When I arrived to pick up my pizzas, I called their number on the tent outside because I don’t mask. They didn’t answer the phone. I called three times. I then asked the hostess, who was doing nothing else, if she could help me out so I could get my pizza. She left and came back empty handed. She seated a few customers and then was standing at the station again. I asked if she could help me get my pizza. She said I needed a mask. I explained that I don’t and that the sign on the “outside” tent says to call for pick up. She offered to sell me one for $1. Nope not interested (already paid too much for the burnt, incorrectly made pizzas). Finally after four go around a the pizzas were finally was brought out to me... burnt and didn’t match what was ordered.

Glass in the pizza! Not good! 😝 Tried to call them and you can’t get through to anyone. And we were late picking it up, but t hey just left it outside, not even keeping it warm on top of the oven or anything. This is actually the first time I’ve left a negative review about anything! Just so frustrating not to be able to talk to them.
