Applebee's

After being closed to dining operations, we went to eat when reopened. Service was friendly and we felt that safety protocols were practiced. Still need to up the quality of food. This has been an issue with them for years at this location. Our expectations were low in that regard going in, but we wanted to support our community businesses large and small. Note to franchise owner: please please upgrade your kitchen staff. Chef and crew need to be higher caliber in skill quality and presentation. Denny's across the street has superior quality and lower prices. Bar is the only thing that's important? More investment in food less in beverage, would be a good business move. One star for service, one for safety, but quality, price, and overall performance leaves 3 stars for improvement. Sorry guys. Yelp review pending

The service was very disappointing. Our waitress keep walking by us and didn't ask if our drinks needed to be refilled. Until I had to ask her and she game me an attitude. Soon later replied "I have other table too!!!" I turn a looked and there wasn't that many people. Lol. Thereafter the manger came over and also had an attitude. She gave me attitude that because they got go by all these guidelines because of Covid and made it like it was my fault. Maybe because I'm a Native. Native/ Brown problems 😂. But I still tipped her more then the 20%. Kindness kills. 🙏
