Benjamin's Cafe Dunstable

We visit this place for first time and our experience are good. This place is nice but need deep clean for sure. The prices are little high but you kinda get what you pay for. We order hot chocolate and latte. Coffee pretty good , hot chocolate average. Next we tryed waffle with eggs. Not the best ...eggs pretty plain but waffle good. The next we tryed loaded fries and the where very good! Probably the best loaded fries we ever had. Chicken on top was lovely . Not a big fan of the sour cream on top. We would definetely try visit this place again try some of there looking good food on menu.

Benjamin’s cafe opened up couple of months ago in Dunstable! I have never been to the Luton branch and since this is a halal restaurant, we thought we would check out some of their food items ! We went for a dine in and ordered “The Big Ben” which was 13.95 ! The platter had enough food for 2 people so we decided to order just one ! Now , me and my husband frequently eat vegetarian breakfast (because we eat halal) in other restaurants in Dunstable and they are half of the price in most places! Our only attraction for Benjamin’s cafe’s breakfast was the halal option for Beacon & Sausage! The food was delicious but Beacon was salty! Most importantly, I don’t see myself spending 14 pounds for breakfast only. Another day , me & my colleagues ordered lunch from them and we had “Dynamite Chicken” & “Mexican chicken” and some brownies…. This was take out for office lunch! Both the sandwiches were 5.95 pounds which we thought were ok as pricing. However, the brownies were 3.95 each which felt a bit expensive! The packaging was really good , food delicious…. However, the dynamite chicken was a bit too salty for me & the brownies were really hard & too sweet ! Overall, this restaurant has good tasting but pricy food compared to other restaurants in town ! I see myself eating there once every 2/3 months but can’t afford more than that! If they are reading this review, I would love to point out the salt issues as it is something they should consider! Would definitely try something new in the future! And I do recommend that you try their food and make up your own mind ! Thank you! ❤️
