Pizza Hut

So I started calling Pizza Hut around 10, cause I knew you guys closed at 11. No one even attempted to answer my phone call not once and if they did they put an operator on the phone, no one ever put me on hold or anything. Now I’m at work on 3rd shift hungry due to the fact no one really wanted to take anymore orders or deliver anything. I understand you guys get busy I do especially at closing time, but if you would’ve least picked up the phone and said mam we are not taking anymore delivery orders at this time that would have been just fine but instead you ignored my phone call. Called back at 11, picked up the phone on the first ring, wonder why? Oh because you guys were closed. Do better people, be considerate of your customers, or you want have any! Thank You!

I placed an order using the app for the location 3 miles away. I put in my address and was directed to this location. After waiting for the order I was called and then told they could not deliver to us and the order had been cancelled. I ordered on 4/6 and my money is still being held 6 days later. I have had deliveries by this same location when I lived 6 miles away from them. I dont understand why if I put my address in, it directs me to a location that will not deliver to me. Most times it will tell you beforehand that the location is out of delivery range. I find it incredible that here it is almost a week later and this authorization hasnt dropped off of my bank account yet. I used to love PIzza Hut but this experience has left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be dining with them ever again. Thanks Dominos for being further away but having no problem delivering to my house. You will be getting my business from now on.

This store does not honor Pizza Hut commercials instead they try to sell you something else when you're trying to save money and there's a deal they don't want to give it to you, so I will either go to another place like pizza inn or dominos or just nothing at all. I called other pizza huts in the area and they honor the commercials.

Sorry I do not remember their names but the two Ladies - one came to the window to see what I had ordered and the second Lady who brought me my order were very nice. The Lady who brought me my order told me that she hoped I would really enjoy my pizza. That was very nice. A thank you also to the person who made the pizza because it was really great. Thank you for employing such nice people because it makes me want to keep going to this restaurant.

First time visit to this Pizza Hut. When I walked in I thought someone had left the door unlocked and they weren't serving customers. Then I heard noise and someone speaking. A young lady appeared and I asked if I could order. She let me know she could assist me but service was done through the drive-thru. Please note I'm visiting from out of town and each city is handle how they serve their customers differently in the fast food industry. This young lady didn't ask me to go get back in my car and go through the drive-thru she assisted me and said I could pick me order up in 20mins and if I wanted I could use the drive through for pickup. So polite... I ordered three large pizzas because I was feeding at least 15 people. There was other food on the menu. She made suggestions for the best price and offered different Pizza styles. She was very thorough with her customer service. And because I was sitting in the parking lot waiting for my time to be up, she brought the Pizzas out to me. It looked like she was running the whole show. No name tag so I didn't get her name.
