Dunkin'

Two days in a row this week the coffee tasted day old. I order a iced coffee with mocha and cream. Barely any ice and highly doubt there was 3 pumps of mocha. Usually don’t have an issue with this location but two days in a row now the coffee has been horrible. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and asked for extra cream cheese. Bagel is soft and chewy, almost wet, and def not extra cream cheese like yesterday. Took one bite and threw it in the trash.

They got my order wrong twice now. For example, I do drive through on my way to work and the other day I ordered two egg and cheese English muffin sandwiches with medium hot chai latte, but when I got to work and opened to eat, there were bacons in my sandwiches. I definitely don’t recall telling them to put bacon in them. And as a person who doesn’t eat bacon at all, that was pretty insulting. Oh and also, their chai latte tastes like redbull with a lot of cinnamon in it. I will not be going to this location again even though this is the closest to my house.

This place needs help and better management. Yeah I get it, you're busy in the morning but constantly messing up orders is ridiculous. 9 times out of 10 my order is messed up and I'm sure that I am not the only one. If someone asks for cream in their coffee, why do you give it to them straight black? Like pay attention!...Guess it's time to start making "Dunkin" at home. Done with this place.
