BUGS and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Picture attached! They are absolutely disgusting. I never write reviews EVER, even when the food is bad. But I felt the NEED to. There is a bug in my food. When I called them, they were not trying to make it right. The even refuse to refund me unless I come in! What?!

Was once my favorite place, is now the last place ill go..Waited 30 mins for a pick up order to get literally raw chicken wings! Drove all the way back, gave the attendant no drama out of respect for the customers in there. And got nothing but disrespect back.. Tried to buy something to drink before I left, and was told register is down.. Paul is mad disrespectful

When I first came into the restaurant the employee at the front counter was rude and entitled. When I order my food with wings I found a small brown bug on the side of my plate. I felt very disgusted. When I asked for a refund, the employee at the time told me no and called me racial slurs and told me to get out his store. He also tried to fight me in the parking lot and I felt very endangered and scared. He kick my car and told me to go back to where I came from. Then he laughed and when back inside. Very traumatic experience. 0/10 NEVER GOING BACK/ DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Was here visiting with my Bf and the customer service is Terrible! The manager, who’s name is Paul was very rude and racist when I told him my chicken was raw and that I’d like a refund. He called me a racial slur ( hard R) and screamed at me. I don’t recommend that anyone black identified eat here. It’s not a sad or welcoming space. Also while there I witnessed another customer complaining of roaches in their food. Ugh just an all around terrible establishment.

I used to LOVE Choo choo back when I lived in Athens so I was super excited to try this location in Duluth. However, it was NOT at all what I expected. The food is horrible, there were many times my chicken wasn’t cooked all the way. The Asian guy at the front is super rude and needs to be fired. He has anger issues or something. He’s the main reason why I won’t ever go back to this location.

The food is overpriced, and has a history of roaches being in it repeatedly. The staff is belligerently rascist, without present consequences ( specifically the manager and owners son, Paul). This restaurant deserves to be shut down. They definitely do not deserve your buisness or money. The manager Paul has a history of verbally assaulting people of color and being aggressively unstable. The place is a dump, shut it down.
