I eat here all the time so this has disappointed me so much !!!!! I had a long piece of hair in my food which is disgusting . I also did not receive my full order . The manger who was in charge told me they do not give refunds on plates because I told him I didn’t want another plate . I said can I have a gift card he told me no ! He was not helpful at all he made it same like I was irritating him when I am the paying customer. This is why ppl go crazy I will be calling the health department & I will never in my living years recommend anyone to eat here anymore

Food is good as usually, but I don’t know if this still fast food. Could take 20-30 minutes for the order to be taken if you are eating inside, around 3-4am. In total could take you more than 1 hour, to order, eat and even pay. I understand could be because a lack of employees, but you could serve us better and help the employees to don’t be running like crazy all the time. I would recommend to use plastic plates and cups, so the process of cleaning the tables it’s faster and easier, as well the washing. Also having a in tables system to pay, or self pay kiosks so we can pay without needed someone to handled the payments (since it’s short staff). Also, please think in a way to track the order of clients that arrive, some people that came after us were taken care before us. Diamond was a great server, she did as much as she could to serve and help us out (while also serving many more tables). Thanks.

From the parking lot it looked closed. Few cars. Dark windows. Parked anyway and went inside. I was surprised to see quite a few diners and bustling staff. We were seated promptly. Greeted nicely. Our order was taken and the food delivered quickly and correctly. Our waitress was friendly and attentive! The food was good. We were in a hurry and it worked out perfectly!

I am giving this I hop three out of five 🌟's because of service. I walked into the resturant looking to place a to go order only after having called the resturant about six times. So I am standing at the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge me so I could place a order. The dining room is not packed at all. The woman who was suppose to take my order walks past me twice carrying food. She does not even say, a word. On the third time she walked past she says I will be with you. (Unfortunately I did not get her name) however if it had not been for Mrs. Tee I probably would still be standing up at the register trying to place an order. Mrs. Tee was very pleasant, and helpful! I would give Mrs. Tee a five out of five all by herself. She took my order and let me know about how long I should be waiting. While placing my order the young woman then wants to walk my way and Mrs. Tee let her know she had it. While I waited on my food a group of men walked in to whom the first young lady knew as she rushed up front to greet them and seat them in the back. Onto the food we ordered two omelets and they were both good. We could tell they were made to order the food was HOT and great! I would give the food five out of five stars!

Our waitress Sue was absolutely AMAZING🥰😍🥰 She was SUPER attentive, very kind and even sprinkled a little love on us with her motherly spirit💞 THE FOOD...for the most part everyone ordered pancake and bacon...I told Sue I wanted my bacon dark and crispy like my hubs and that's just how it arrived to the tables😉😆 My hubs had the meat omelet and it had to be good because he did not mumble one single word while devouring that thing. My brother in law had a bowl of grits and he said they were horrible. How the ever, the sweet tea was absolutely amazing. The service was awesome and the pancakes and bacon were FABULOUS. A+
