We were really impressed by the menu options available for vegans. There was a nice variety of tasty food. The drinks were also great - a good number of cocktails, as well as beers. Everything was really reasonably priced. The staff were truly excellent. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend visiting for a meal.

Staff are really attentive. The food is warmed in mysterious ways; the bread rolls for the soup are piping hot, so you let them cool and by that time they are brick hard... microwaves are at play, me thinks.
Caesar's salad, £12; add chicken £18: for a flipping salad!!!!??? One small chicken breast added and it had been... microwaved - rubber duck, more like.

Wonderful outdoor space in the summer months. Overlooking the canal.

Went on 14th august 22 for our 1st anniversary meal was greeted by kim who brought our meals and drinks she made our day special she was very polite and also thanks to the chef who made us a extra menu as restaurant was closed but still allowed us to have out 1st anniversary meal in main restaurant all to our selfs only had to pay for our drinks as Copthorne
payed for our meals as we had our wedding hear would definitely recommend this place as food was really nice.

Absolutely fantastic service during our stay at the hotel. The team couldn't have done more for us to cater for my little girls allergies - I had a phone call from executive head chef before we visited to outline the safety measures that they were putting in place for her, all of her food was cooked fresh to order, we were seated and served separately to minimise cross contamination and every member of staff working during the weekend was aware of her allergies. The food was all delicious too, with super friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommend, particularly if you have specific dietary requirements.

Ibiza night, staff great room great, night started off good, shame music ended up pants, meal was nice but pudding was very bland, looked the part no flavour loads of people left it, shame, would come again though
