We used the kiosk to order for the 1st time and it was really easy! My husband loves their Mac and cheese, and I had a half tuna sandwich and chicken wild rice soup. Everything was delicious. Bonus- bagels to take home!

soups are great, just the glass windows are not clean at all.we were seating next to the glass door and were kinda disgusting eating next to dirty glass..

I am a fan of Panera Bread. However, this specific location do not hold the same standard for customer service like others. Food is good but can't say the same about their customer service. Their new drive through service is so bad that I will stop going there all together. Not worth going through a drive through and missing half of your order that you need to go back and pick up.

Very prompt, always delicious! I got the wrong sandwich entirely. But it was super tasty, so I'm not all that disappointed lol
The one thing I will say, is that ordering from the website is a consistently terrible experience. It's not specific to the location, it's just a bad website. I would advise against ordering delivery, and just go in person if you can.

I don’t know how Mac and cheese sounds like tomato soup? I asked for Mac and cheese, got all the way home to find out I got tomato soup in the bag. Definitely not a good visit

Awful service, the guy was at least 80 years old and it took 10 minutes for us to complete our order. One of our orders was wrong, assuming because the old guy couldn't hear us half the time. A lady told us to leave because my brother couldn't wear a mask as he is medically exempt. That's called discrimination! Change your policy!
