Was given ice cold fries was told they were fresh couldn't get a refund so I lost 24 dollars because the general manager jason is inexperienced with his job he doesn't know that if a customer wants fresh fries or a refund they do that

husband and I havnt really been to a Hardees in many yrs.Went there tonight to try their new prime rib sandwich. It was some strips of beef on a patty of beef with cheese sauce and sauteed onions.It all tasted microwaved,idk if that how they make things now. There was no real flavor, All a mushy bland texture.The " prime rib" was tough slighty overly mircowaved texture, the fries were cold and tasted older.we were the only ones in line and only live a min away.Most of it went to the dog.im sorry..very disappointing meal.be awhile before we try it again..
