Ruby Tuesday

Food was perfect, but the service not so much! The salad bar was clean and well stocked. I was impressed the salad bar attendant was cleaning and restocking the bar every time I passed by. I ordered the grilled salmon with rice pilaf and zucchini. The salmon was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Everyone in my party enjoyed their food. I wish there was a way to rate food and service separately because I hated giving the restaurant a three, but the service was awful. We were sat in the section in front of the door so every time it opened a cold chill came in. When the server came to the table my aunt made the comment that it would be nice to sit in a corner since we had three kids with us and that way we wouldn’t be right up under other people. The server had the audacity to tell my aunt that when she takes her kids to a restaurant she doesn’t get to pick where they sit. We did not reply to her comment and just stayed in that spot. Also when I ordered my 6 year old daughters’s food I requested ranch in place of honey mustard, but it had honey mustard when it came out and that was no problem at the time I just requested ranch again. After five minutes of waiting we just decided to get a salad bar plate and get ranch ourselves.

The staff was wonderful. The service was impeccable. The food however was overpriced and absolutely horrible. The chicken parmesan had pasta that tasted and smelled like canned chef boyardee. The chicken parmesan sandwich had two pitiful slices from half of a chicken breast with a cheap amount of their sauce. The triple pork sandwich looked like they took all their leftovers and piled it on an open bun. It was way too spicy and horribly overcooked. All of this and everything was over priced as well. About the only good thing was the iced tea and the tatertots. Probably because they don't make it themselves.

So let me start by saying if I could give it no stars, I definitely would!!!! After the terrible host sat us down at our table, our waitress took our orders. We sat there for 2 hours and 15 minutes, our waitress finally came over and said she’d go check on our food, she came back and apologized because she forgot to put our order in. So we gave her our order again and they said they’d put our order in front of everyone else’s. We finally get our food but she forgot to put in my daughters order so she didn’t get her food still! Next we are eating our food that took 2 hours and 45 minutes to get and the host slams some drinks up on the counter right beside our table & then slams some menus up there as well and when he did a straw from one of the cups flew into my plate!! I had just gotten my d*** food that I waited 2 hours and 45 minutes for!! Worst service, worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant ever, anywhere!! I talked to the manager and he gave me my plate off and that was it! Are you kidding me! Do not eat at this restaurant!
