Five Guys

i really enjoyed my first visit to a five guys restaurant. the service was fast although there was a bit of a wait to order. the fries were plentiful and cooked perfectly. they got my burger correct and all the tons toppings correct as well. it was delicious. i'll return and give another location a visit for my 2nd time eating at this restaurant chain.

This five guys is not top notch like it used to be. Five guys used be a place where I can get some premium burgers but after today I'm convinced it's gone downhill. I went in for a LITTLE cheeseburger all the way but replaced the mushrooms w jalapeños and little fries (my usual order). The cashier charged me the regular cheeseburger with two patties which costs more, I noticed immediately and demanded a refund for the extra charge. Then, the burger was DRENCHED in mayonnaise leaving it soggy and tasting really bland. And the fries seemed undercooked, oily, no seasoning and also soggy. I've had way better burgers at mom n pop burger joints which disappoints me for having bought this overhyped overcharged burger. Not worth my hard earned money at all. This terrible experience has left me deciding to never come to this five guys or any other establishment ever again. I will take my business and money to people that actually put love into making food. Five Guys has lost me as one of their long time customers. Never again
