Hello went into subway cannon street today with my family. By far one of the best subways I have been too. The customer service was excellent. I love subway and this will be a regular for me. Thanks to the staff for being so welcoming.

Came in a couple of days ago and the customer service was fab! I was served by a young girl with dark hair who was very chatty with me which I love! Just completely made my first experience to subway great! Will be back! Food was lush!

Went into this subway earlier today with my son and his girlfriend...disappointed doesn't come close! 2 members of staff on duty, the young girl who served us had obviously not been in the job long as she was taking quite some time making the subs but then had no help from the lad by the till as he disappeared out the back and left her to not only make the subs but heat them up, put on our filings and then take payment at the til. One male customer came into the shop while we were being served and then promptly left as he obviously didn't want to wait too long to be served. There was only 1 type of bread available, the floor was filthy, the tables were dirty and the area around the waste disposal needed a wipe. How this establishment was awarded a 5 star hygiene rating is beyond me. We will NOT be going here again

Where do I start, as soon as I walked in i was rudely greeted by the manager of this profound establishment and was rushed while I was still deciding what to eat, and when i recieved my rushed choice 6 inch sub, it was sloppery made, the salad looked out of date and the meat had the essence of rat on it

I went in yesterday the staff was friendly. The salad bar has got alot better I love the new crispy onions. Highly recommend the chilli paprika bread with steak and southwest sauce. I love how they have muffins now. This place has been here a long time and the place and the place is getting there.
