Taco Bell

I went through the drive thru after work and wanted nacho fries( i thought they still had them) and when i asked for them the lady at the speaker named Heidi was extremely rude and basically yelled “NO” at me and once i went up to the window she was even more rude. I told her that should probably change their menu board and take the nacho fires down and she’s like “no one reads that shit” and i am thinking yeah that’s the whole point of a menu board to show the items they have and not the ones they no longer have. She’s usually very nice and friendly when i come around, but this time she was a b*tch. She’s always telling people to do the survey, well this time i did and you didn’t get a good one on you.

I am legally blind. I couldn't get any help ordering, I tride. NO ONE WOULD HELP ME ! I tried to explain that I couldn't see the (to me small print) no one was interested in listen to me. How rude!!!!!!!. I'll never go back to this location. !!!!!!! Very, very disrespectful to a disabled person. I walked in, taking out, was buying for four people, how many dollars that would have translated to, I don't know. But ya'll just lost my business forever as far as I'm concerned. !

Just wanted to share my experience and how it was such a breath of fresh air to be treated so well! I'm from Houston,TX and I don't get this treatment all the time so it was really nice. Even with their lobby being closed they still serviced me from the window because I had a bigger vehicle that couldn't make it. And they even give u peppermints and hand sanitizer wipes! Wow! Thank u to ALL the people at the restaurant who played a part in this!
