Dunkin'

I had placed an order through door dash and after an hour of waiting was informed that the forgot to turn on the DoorDash order printer. They told me they were working on it and not ten minutes later canceled my order with no warning. I placed another order thinking that it was only a technical error but in fact found out through my dasher that they would rather talk about their personal lives and what they’re having for dinner instead of completing the order. I will not be going back to this dunkin, not even through the app.

Crazy how I order food and 3 drinks at window and was told to come in due to the order so I minus out donuts and was still told to come in so I left line and went in at register I had to redo my order. The woman in the speaker taking drive through orders clearly hates her job. Never knew there was a limit on what drive through orders are. It should be posted .......

The coffees I order are always made how I like them. Everyone there is so kind EXCEPT for the Ginger teenager who was wearing a solid red mask. His attitude is always so sour. His tone of voice to customers is always on the rude side, as if he’s better than you.. but news flash - you’re still working at Dunkin’ Donuts kiddo. Customer service is key and this child doesn't have a clue as to what it means to serve customers. Leave your issues at home and make your customers feel welcomed. He should be trained which is also sad because it’s just a fast food job. Nothing hard about being kind through a window. Otherwise, this location would be 5 stars if he was kind :)

At this location the employees and managers are extremely rude. I like my Iced Latte made with cream instead of milk my personal preference, every single time I order my coffee the way I like it I have been given attitude and a very hard time. What ever happened to the customer is always right. Shouldn't I get my coffee made the way I like it?

I have been coming to this dunks for years because of mr wayno upfront for a couple days i have had to go through the drive thru and that lady with the red hair will not stop talking its very unprofessional its one thing to talk but dont leave the window open no one wants to hear your dirty dad jokes or about periods i will not be coming to this dunks again!!!!
