Hibachi

Overall a fun and delicious experience. We were seated relatively quickly, and we got our drinks and salads within just a couple minutes. The salads were fantastic, but the sodas were just seltzer water, without syrup.the waitress was friendly and understanding, and brought out fresh drinks. I ordered the crunchy spicy California roll which was delicious. The Hibachi chef was friendly, and good at what he does. The chicken and shrimp combo was delicious. I am only giving 4 stars because I (and it seemed like other patrons) was uncomfortably hot. Hibachi places tend to be warmer, but this place more so. I also give 4/5 as the price tag was a bit higher than what I have seen at other hibachi places for a nearly identical meal.

I believe there are 3 hibachi grills, dover de, valley forge pa, and Exton pa. I have had the privilege of eating at all 3. Dover is by far the best in food, especially the salad dressing. It is, however, the most modest to put it lightly. Love the service and the people. Go. Remember to tip you chef as well.
