If you want your order right, order when they first OPEN! I ordered the ATOMIC wings all flats from WingStop because I’m still seeking real HOT WINGS and these are the love of my life! I normally like my wings extra extra crispy so I add honey and toast them up In my toaster for the perfect bite! Hot, crispy triple the spice! 🥵 🌶 😋

First and foremost, I normally read reviews before I go into an establishment. Upon walking in, I noticed the door was (simply put) dirty. I walked in while waiting to be seen after the cashier couldn’t seem to take care of a previous customer for whatever reason. I waited 20 minutes to place a crew dinner order, which consisted of 30 wings bone in and fries. An hour later, patiently waiting, I received my food. Never in my life have I ever seen a “TIP CUP” that read “THE STRUGGLE IS REAL”???? Why??? Let me also mention the carelessness of the cashier that I wish not to disclose, but had to tell her to correct her actions and I am just a customer. 😭😩🤧 The staff needs to be retrained and the place needs a thorough cleaning. I won’t be back even though the wings were fresh and actually tasted good. My fries were cold but the carrots and celery was also fresh.

Had my order delivered for the first time and came hot, package correctly and In a timely manner. The only issue is they never read the online order correctly. I request 1/2 boneless 1/2 original BUT they never give boneless wings when ask. This is 3RD time I have received all original wings instead of boneless. Otherwise it seems this location is trying to do better. I hope they can stay on track and start reading orders correctly.

Service was awful at this location. First, When I first walked to the counter I wasn't greeted professionally with a hello from the cashier. Secondly, the face of the cashier was downtrodden and stoic. Thirdly, the store wasn't clean. The floors were extremely sticky, the windows had fingerprints on them, and there were flies flying around. Fourthly, it took almost 15 minutes for 12 boneless wings and fries. And there was only 1 person inside waiting for an order. The customer service was extremely distasteful. You should definitely not hire people with a poor or lack of work ethic. I give the visit two stars because the boneless wings were made right.

Sitting in the parking lot of this location. The cashier took my order then walked to the prep counter and began eating fries with her fingers from the bowl they were using for customers’ fries. Kudos to the woman who I assume was the manager. She quickly addressed the issue, apologized profusely, and gave me and another waiting customer a refund

I was very disappointed. I ordered offline the 6 pc wing combo with a drink and fries with a side of ranch. I also added a side of celery. When I pulled up two of the workers were outside talking to someone in a car goofing off. There was only one worker in the kitchen when I walked inside. When the ladies finally came in I was informed they were out of drinks and celery. The cashier proceeded to give me a refund for my drink and celery. When I got home with my food I did not have a ranch with my food and the wings were barely covered in the sauce I ordered. I will not be wasting my money at this stop anymore. Very displeased.

The food is actually good, but the time of service is always bad. ALWAYS BAD. I always,try again hoping the time to get my food will improve and it never fails to take forever. This time I ordered on Door Dash, since I knew it takes a while to get food, I set it to Delay. That was fine I'm not in a hurry since I'm not picking it up. Over half of my meal was missing. Service from this location is just not good. They need a manager that is really ready to get things in order, this location is just horrible. Never had this issue in Kennesaw.
