Red Lobster

It was okay! But waiting for the food was slower than expected. The green beans and rice could of been cooked more! The shrimp was good though. Was there for a meeting on a time share. So I guess I should not complain, they paid for it. Just makes me not to king on going again there, if that's the way it's supposed to be. The waiting!

We enjoyed the food with our friends but what is starting to become a popular habit in most restaurants and stores is this trend to gear the music to the workers not to the clientele. If I hear Michael Jackson one more time the child molester in a restaurant I'm going to throw up, and other trashy music. Is it so hard to put classical music on or can we just have peace and quiet must we be entertained like a nightclub everywhere we go it's getting sickening. So it has nothing to do with red lobster even Walmart's blasting music in their parking lots are ridiculous.

I've given this place PLENTY of chances to just MEET my expectations. I addressed the cole slaw was bad and the female manager, Lisa, argued that it was the dressing they use! ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!! My wife and I ordered from here a few days ago and the coleslaw was good, no complaints. Today's product was BAD! She refused to listen! I know the difference. I order the coleslaw a lot and there was clearly a difference! My wife almost vomit just from the smell. The manager should NOT get defensive and look for negative issues with the customer rather than trying to listen with an open mind to TRY to accommodate/ make the customer happy! She has horrible customer service skills! If I didn't have experience as a Sous Chef, maybe she can pull one over me! This is the SECOND incident with this red lobster!
