Great place to eat. Great choice of menu, food was outstanding.

Everything I experienced was by far the best quality. The food was perfect. The service was amazing. The only reason I had to give the atmosphere a four was because it was empty, which really upset me because of how great everything else was, people need to know about this place.

Another visit to Arto with my better half for our anniversary on Tuesday night. It was quiet as you would expect, three or four tables taken. Nice atmosphere with the boss man in attendance and the food was better than ever. You cannot go wrong in Arto, with home made food that is so much nicer than the other other offerings these days. We love it and will always return!😀

And the service by Maria was excellent, very experienced and here goes the extra mile to make sure everything is all okay . So nice to go somewhere and relax. Enjoy your meal and fantastic service. I hope the owner appreciates what fantastic staff he’s got .

Loved it, the kids loved it. Though I felt the lamb shank could have been a lot softer though (hence overall 4 star), still I enjoyed it. Friendly staff, deserts were nice also.
And toilets were clean. I forgot to tip so I have to rectify that next time.

Lovely and professional staff, very efficient from preparing our seat to serving the food. Food was slightly pricey though it was a decent, good quality portion. Nice atmosphere and the place was clean

Lovely spot on the high street. Wad made to feel relatively welcome but enthusiasm was lacking from the experience. The breakfast was perfect though there is no omelette on the menu. I will try bi's again for its lunch/dinner menu but would take more care about where I sit.

Absolutely superb.
It was difficult to choose something from the diverse menu. I eventually chose the ravioli and it was nicely presented and absolutely delicious. It is extremely rare that I finish a meal, but I did this time, and it was wonderful.
The levels of customer service were top-notch. The members of staff were lovely, exceptionally welcoming, attentive and knew the menu. They were able to answer questions adeptly. The male member of staff who served me was really nice, friendly and had a good sense of humour.
The restaurant was very clean and I liked the way in which it was decorated.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience.
I would recommend this place 100%.

The members of staff were exceptionally welcoming. again, I was impressed by the diversity of the menu and the excellent range of vegeterian and non-vegetarian options. Throughout our time at the restaurant, the members of staff were constantly cleaning and taking an interest. The table settings were really nice and there is clear evidence of effort being placed in the decor.***

Very nice restaurant. We've came for a dinner while on our Surrey Hills staycation in September.
Had grilled sardines and garlic prawns as starters and minute steak and duck salad as mains.
All deliciously cooked and reasonably priced.
The bill for two, including 2 alcoholic beverages each and service charge came to just under £75
Definitely recommend for food quality, friendly service and price.
