Pizza Hut

Sat down with my brother in a Sunday when only 2 other people were there. Waited over 10 minutes to get greeted or order taken. No water or anything. We got up and left. What a joke. The server was standing at the counter wiping her mouth with her hand, tables were not clean. It was extremely slow in the kitchen even. No one here cares about anything. I’ll never go here again.

We ordered pizza tonight from the Dixon location at 630, they quoted us 30 minutes for delivery. At 730 I called to ask for an updated, the lady (Anna) said she didn’t see it in the screen so one of the 2 drivers must have it, she said she’d call and find out. I called back 10 minutes later and spoke to Anna again she said the driver was really behind and didn’t give her an estimated time. Okay I understand delays, traffic, short staffed. At 8pm I finally called the store back, I asked to speak to the manager (Susan), she said that after I placed my order and they charged my card that something happened and they lost my order. So my order was never out for delivery nor was it ever made, it was 3 large pizzas & 2 orders of breadsticks. At this point I didn’t even want the pizza, I asked for a refund in which Susan told me since they didn't have my order she could not refund me. I could drive to the store for cash. I asked to speak to the owner in which she said the owner was on vacation. I told her I would just take it to corporate and my bank tomorrow. Very terrible service, Pizza Hut is my favorite but we will no longer use the Dixon location.

Start with getting my order right. We have ordered online from this location perhaps a dozen times, and every time, without exception, the food we receive does not match the order we entered into the online order system. We have even tried ordering directing with store management, explaining that every time our order is wrong, an it still came wrong. We even once had to order a replacement pizza because it came wrong, and the replacement was wrong. The level of error and the probably of it happening with such consistency is mind boggling. It feel as though we have won some form of demented inverted lottery, when each person has a one in a billion chance of always having their food screwed up. This latest one was Pepperoni and Green Olive pizza, whole pizza the same, and it came wrong. And when we tried to get it corrected, the person on the phone wanted to charge us for the replacement pizza, asking, verbatim, "I suppose you want a discount on that?" The phrasing of this being faulty on so many levels, let alone the notion that you would charge someone again to correct your mistake seems ludicrous; and yet, explains how one might achieve such a mathematically improbable result in the consistency in errors. Suffice to say, a result of "Strongly Agree" is nigh impossible. Perhaps consider achieving a level of moderate indifference with us first, before asking for the moon and stars. Oh how I would delight to experience indifference, as ironic as that may sound, in having my Pizza Hut order delivered correctly.
