Cookout

I have come here many times and the experience has been very hit or miss. When it's good it's great but then you run into problems such as them ruining orders or just giving you the wrong order. Even then nothing has been nearly as bad as my last visit where I order a tray with one of their huge teas. The tray was pretty standard but the tea was salty and the worst part was it was also sweet making me think they intentionally put salt in it for some reason.

they lost a family of customers lol. this used to be my go-to place, but during the past year (or 2. who's counting?) my love for it has died a slow death. i can't wait til they go out of business now and they're replaced with something better. ANYTHING. I have too many stories- just read the other reviews. visit Backyard Burger for similar burgers or go to a different Cookout.

Ordered a cookout tray with two hotdogs made the cookout style. Instead of getting a soft drink or a bottled water I just wanted a cup of water and they said the tool was the same even if I got a couple more. Since when do people charge for cups of water. Water does not cost the store anything. And I used to work in restaurants and I know that cup does not cost no dollar and something for a cup of water. If a person doesn’t drink soda we shouldn’t get penalized because we wanna ice water which does not cost the store anything. Cashier was very rude the manager was not apologetic and very rude. I can go across the street to Taco Bell and get an ice water and no charge even if I don’t order anything but it took out there still gonna charge you a water even though you purchased your cookout tray. Don’t think I’ll be back
