Nice, mellow atmosphere and friendly staff. Plenty to choose from the menu..from pasta dishes and burgers to baby-back ribs. Full bar and draught beer...some tasty signature cocktails try the Mai Tai or the house fav the Ruby Relaxer!

The food was surprisingly good. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The downside to our experience was they forgot our order and we waited over an hour for our food and they weren't busy. We did receive fresh meals and a discount for our long wait. Other than the wait, everything was fine.

Get the triple play! You won't regret it. The waitresses and everybody there are awesome very friendly do their job well. And you don't have to wait half an hour to get A seat.

We had our anniversary late lunch / early dinner. Not busy so we went right to a table worth no waiting. We tried the shrimp parmesan and the crispy chicken mac & cheese. They were delicious! Our server was Kelci & we can't say enough about how fantastic she was.

Awesome service, great food, and reasonable prices. We've been there a couple of times, and will continue. They also have a salad/soup bar. Not very big, but they manage to put tons of goodies on the salad. They also have a small bar. It was just a lot of fun to eat there.

One of the best burgers I’ve ever had (I’ve had many). Made to order (I like it medium rare) & they nailed it. Friendly and jovial, youthful staff are welcoming, funny, & attentive, and it’s walking distance from several hotels. Ah, Ruby… Who could hang a name on you?

The service was fine, if a little slow. Our server was attentive, took care to make our kids feel included, and made sure we were taken care of. The kids had chicken strips with fries and broccoli. Their food was OK. I had the appetizer combo as my meal. Chicken nuggets, chips and spinach dip, and mozzarella sticks. The dip was freezer burned, the mozzarella sticks also tasted old. The nuggets and chips were fine. My wife had chicken mac and cheese. The cheese sauce was broken and the chicken was really pretty awful. Her food was pretty much inedible.
We had drinks, a house margarita and an island type drink. They were fine.
The feel of the place was just tired and sad.
There are other options. We'll try those.
2/5 - if it's your only option, you'll get food. If you have a choice, go somewhere else.

Traveling through and stopped at this Ruby Tuesday's. We ordered the new chicken sandwich and the street nachos, both items were good and plentiful as we took half of them with us. Recommend NOT sitting in the bar area as the conversations the bartender and staff was having with patrons at the bar could easily be heard. And for the first time, we had our order taken from the computer screen not at our table. Sitting outside of the bar area is recommended.
