Stood at the register for 15 min. No one came up to take our order. Used the one and only kiosk, there was a line The tea and soda fountain drinks were so watered down it tasted like water, we tossed them in the trash Unacceptable!

Went in to buy gift cards for Easter for grandkids. The store was spotless. Problem was could not get $25 gift cards it wouldn't happen.. So got 2 tens for the little kids and the $25 gift cards I got somewhere else for another store. Other than that it was fine.

It was amazing and delishish don't know hot to spell and the deals are amazing with the McDonald's app. And since a lot of people visit a lot of the food is fresh but some of the kids are trouble makers

so many things wrong. they get the order wrong from the start, and when you take it in to correct it, they use the same packaging from your old one. they just flip it so it’s not wrapped from the same side but it’s gross considering they wrap your meal with a used paper that touched other surfaces. would not recommend here

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been.
I usually have to eat late nights and every time I pass by they are either only serving fries and drinks or they are severely understaffed and they take about 35 mins to get you your order.
They need to close this location at nights and stop wasting people's time.

Ordered a large fries and it is only 3/4 filled.

Terrible every time I go. Food is fine but they always forget something. These kids working there can not remember to give me a drink or fries when I order a combo (it’s on the receipt too). Then say have a nice day without giving me it. Sucks that this is the closest one to me.

Just can't "do-the-Mac! Nothing they serve doesn't taste like "chemicals." Guess that started with Engineers doing food. It just isn't worth the bite.
Got coupons for smoothies. Ok what can they do to that? Well...a lot of chemicals taste like banana but nothing but a banana is a banana.
I just like "real food" and there is an abundance around...it's L.A. just not at McDonald's.
On my top 10 worst restaurant list!
