Worst service. I ordered the foot long sweet onion teriyaki chicken sandwich and there is barely any chicken. Before even I got to say anything she put Baja chipotle sauce on sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwich. Even I said I don’t want it they are so busy with other things. They don’t care about the customer.

12/25/21 @ 2:45am. Worst customer service I have run into since this pandemic. So, we're standing there for 10 minutes without a "hello" or a "hi, I'll be right with you, just finishing up something on the register". I guess she figured because, we were having a conversation and that, she was trying to finish up whatever she was doing that, she didn't have to greet us or even acknowledge the we were there, that it was ok. For whatever reason, I can't upload the video. But, customer service nowadays at this location, in the early morning hours, is getting ridiculous.

Extremely rude store manager and staff. had an issue with an online order that was paid and processed and employee staff didnt want to look at the receipt, didnt want to talk about the issue, and told me its my problem that I paid for a sandwich I wont be getting from this store. Currently working with Cooperate on this issue.

I came here today for a sandwich as i usually do. However today the employee making the sandwich was rather agressive. She nearly smashed the sandwich while making it and was overall rude. When I asked for it to be cut into 3- She cut it into 4. I was forced to waste the sandwich and go to another location. Will not be returning.

Had a hair in my sub last night, fine it happens But what's the point of taking the survey and when you go back with the code the hispanic guy says what is this code for when was the survey taken? No we cannot use any code Umm how about you enter the code and give me my two free cookies with my sub purchase like stated! And the ladies are also clueless Left without getting my free items! People should really be trained properly to do the job!
